All our rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge and coffee maker for your comfort and convenience. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning in our over-the-water dining room for hotel guests from 7:30am until 10:30am.

Currency is U.S. dollar.
No dogs or pets allowed on Island.

The Beach Unit is $195 per night in season / $175 per night off-season
One king size bed, studio unit opens onto our beach area with lounge chairs and hammocks.

The Boat House Unit is $325 per night in season / $295 per night off-season
One king size bed, situated to the back of the island, very private and quaint, with a deck which overlooks our marina and the surrounding islands to the North, very spacious and comfortable for two people.

The Garden Suite is $325 per night in season / $295 per night off-season
One king size bed, very spacious room with sitting area and large bathroom. Windows look out onto our beautiful garden area and room opens onto the upstairs deck area, which has many lounge chairs and a terrific view.

The Hotel Suites (B, C, D) are $325 per night in season / $295 per night off-season
Two king size beds, large showers and spacious rooms. The deck overlooks North Sound and rooms open to our garden area.

The Villa Units (A and E) are $575 per night in season / $475 off-season
Two bedrooms with king size bed and two twin beds, full kitchen and bathroom, living room and dining room and wrap around deck and spectacular views. These two bedroom units are popular with families or two couples and also open to our garden area.

Villa Unit (One Bedroom) are $475 per night / both seasons
One king bedroom with all Villa amenities.

Our rooms do book up quickly, so if you would like to make a reservation, please let us know and we will fax you a booking contract to ensure you will have the room of your choice ready for your arrival. We require a 50% deposit to make a reservation and there will be a 10% service charge and 7% government hotel tax collected at the end of your stay.

In addition to the hotel, we have a restaurant and bar, which serves lunch from 12:00pm and dinner from 6:00pm until 9:30pm. There is live music and dancing in our "over the water lounge" and there's a game room for those who prefer a game of pool or shuffleboard.

The North Sound Express is the ferry service from Beef Island, Tortola (Main Airport) to the North Sound. We can help you with making the necessary arrangements once you have your arrival details organized. Once in North Sound, our ferry service will pick you up or drop you off anywhere within the North Sound area free of charge.

Special Boater's Rates on Hotel Rooms
If you feel like getting off the boat for a night and enjoying endless hot water, king-sized beds, and satellite TV, we offer reduced rates on available rooms.
